By October 2004, NAMA Calgary will spearhead a unique engineering training with fellow Members in mind called the SAF Development Programme. Initially, we have four broad categories:

Engineering Refreshers…….basic recall with real-world applications only; no abstract
concepts

Fields of Expertise…………….right from the source, advanced topics by consultant
Mapuans within their industry specialties

Professional Upgrades…….…by Members “who’ve been there”, lessons learned on US
Canadian post-graduate/licensure/technical pursuits.

Beyond Engineering………….non-technical in nature, other areas of interest fellow
Members wish to share with the group

A detailed List of Topics will be posted in this website before Oct 2004. The open-format concept allows us to add and modify sub-categories/topics as we move along. The person leading the discussion is called a Facilitator, and we need many volunteers.

Now is the chance for fellow Mapúans to share worthy endeavors, re-tool technical skills and gain brand-new ones.
